CLE will provide a “nuts and bolts” clinic on representing protesters in DC and Maryland courts.  Includes segments on:

–         What is means to defend protesters, a different type of defendant;

–         Mass defense in DC, Review of common protest charges

–         Arraignments, pretrial matters

–         Making the decision to go to trial

–         Motions

–         Evidence, Trial considerations
